We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in virtually all types and phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts. In addition, we often provide discrete services to our clients and colleagues including:
Research, prepare and argue motions for summary judgment, directed verdict and other case dispositive motions
Research, prepare and present jury charges
Pre-trial and post-trial mediations as an advocate or as a neutral
Appeals as head counsel or co-counsel
Mandamus and other original proceedings
Assessment of possible appeals
Arbitrations and summary trials
Mock trials, moot court judging and coaching
With a strong commitment to ethical and efficient advocacy, our focus is to provide the highest quality and cost-effective services. We can handle anything the big firm lawyers can, without the big firm price. We are typically retained at an hourly rate, plus expenses. We also can provide services for alternative fees in some cases such as a flat fee or a reduced hourly rate plus incentive bonus.
We do not charge for electronic research, long distance calls, faxes, or routine copy expenses.
