Cynthia Hollingsworth is a former justice for the Dallas Court of Appeals, has served as a visiting justice in other Texas courts of appeal, and is a member of the judicial section of the State Bar of Texas. Additionally, she is a former briefing attorney for the San Antonio Court of Appeals and former Chief Staff Attorney for the Dallas Court of Appeals where she supervised and handled staff assistance on original proceedings, motions and complex civil appeals.
Cynthia has been board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1987 and handles appeals and provides litigation assistance throughout the United States.
Since 2003, Hollingsworth has been regularly recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer by Law & Politics Media Inc. and also frequently recognized by D magazine as one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas.
Ms. Hollingsworth is also proficient in Spanish.
